                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF A 
                   SEWER CONSTRUCTION DAMAGE CLAIM WITH EDWIN 
                   E. STONE AND BRENDA C. STONE, RELATIVE TO 
                   CONTRACT NO. 72, HIXSON COLLECTION SYSTEM, 
                   TRACT NO. 099, FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF 
                   ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS ($125.00).
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       settlement of a sewer construction damage claim with Edwin E. 
       Stone and Brenda C. Stone, relative to Contract No. 72, Hixson 
       Collection System, Tract No. 099, for a total consideration of 
       $125.00.
